Features

An outstanding heirloom variety introduced to North America from Denmark in 1909. This is the cabbage that literally set the standard for all commercial cabbage varieties developed since. Firm round heads and excellent flavor continue to make this a favorite for home gardeners and local markets.

Uses

Excellent for flavoring a variety of dishes. Wonderful for making fresh coleslaw or sauerkraut. Delicious when boiled or stir-fried. Wash fruits, vegetables and herbs thoroughly before eating.
